Cool Pet: World's Smallest Dog

This dog, named Dancer, only reaches four inches in height, but what really strikes me is his incredible little bark. This dog, which recently became inducted as the smallest in the world, was Rescued as a puppy and hand-fed until he finally opened his eyes after four weeks. Surprisingly, little Dancer-who barely seems real-has also recently been granted "Therapy Dog" status and cheers people up in hospitals and care centers.
