Garden Gnome Liberation Fronts

Garden Gnome Liberation Fronts might sound bizarre, but not if you're part of the group that originated in Italy. These "non profit organizers" dedicate their time to freeing gnomes from gardens everywhere and rerouting them to their natural environment. From what I gather from their site, they're pretty darn serious about all that they do, and it looks like they're right in the midst of "liberating" more gnomes across the pond.

Of course, if you're not into the petty theft side of gnome liberation, there are always the Traveling Gnome groups, which are groups that pass gnomes from person to person and show them off posed around the globe. Now that's more my style.

Check out the official gnome liberation site here, and Gnomes without Homes for more info on the whole debacle.
