:We all love that look of having spent the day at the beach- more than just sun-kissed (or burnt) skin, but the salt spray and wind do something wild and sexy to your hair and voila- it's like Bridgette Bardot time. (If you don't know who she is- google her. She's the ORIGINAL beach bombshell).

According to the Epsom Salt Council - here are some great suggestions:
Hair: For salt-sprayed beach tresses with volume and texture, combine equal parts of warm, deep conditioner and Epsom Salt. Work the warm mixture through your hair and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse.
Face: For a sun-kissed dewy complexion, mix 1/2 TSP of Epsom Salt into cleansing cream. Gently massage on skin. Rinse with cool water. Pat dry. Apply your favorite moisturizer. This is an exfoliant so be careful!
Body: Before applying sunless tanner, exfoliate dead skin with an Epsom Salt body scrub. Mix 2 cups of Epsom Salt with 1/4 cup of petroleum jelly and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Use the mixture to gently slough away dry patches- think of this as an exfoliant and don't scrub too hard except on bony areas
Feet: No need to walk on hot sand to get smooth feet. For a foot scrub, mix 2 cups of Epsom Salt with 1/4 cup of petroleum jelly and a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Use the mixture to gently scrub the heels and dry, rough patches on the feet.
