Get the Nutri – weight

You wanna know exactly how much calories, protein, carbs, sugars, total fat, sodium, cholesterol, etc is in your food?
The Salter Nutrition Kitchen Scale accurately calculates the nutritional value of any food you place on it. It also values and stores the info on its internal memory plus memorizes an additional 100 foods/recipes of your choice
For some people it might be good to track on their daily food and they will be probably surprised by the output.
But PLEASE still enjoy your food!

This is a great idea for anyone on a calorie reduced diet, or anyone trying to reduce thier caloric intake. It can especially help with snacks, sometimes even what we consider healthy snacks are lacking in protein, and are really just startch that turn to sugar in our bodies. So this scale won’t just help monitor caloric intake, but will make sure your eating the right calories.

I’m not the type of person who sits with a calculator thinking how many grams of food i have ate today and doing the mats after, i think moderation is the key of success in this topic.

My wife would need one of that because she always says she is fat, when, in fact, she is on my taste. She uses the scale and has to make calculation for getting out the calories. This is a nice invention and maybe a fine present as well.
