My daughter’s must have this Christmas
Mobile phones are now part of must-have for kids. My 10-year old son has one. Now, my 7-year old daughter thinks that it's a must-have also for her, moreso this season of gift-giving.
And to make sure that what she gets is what she wants, she told me last night that it's Firefly or nothing for her.
The Firefly mobile phone is for kids. It is a real mobile phone, designed for kids. It has a PIN-protected phone book that allow parents to set certain numbers only for both incoming and outgoing. The five button pad includes: Mom, Dad, and 911. Nationwide minutes costs 25 cents each. Expensive but my daughter thinks that it's cool because kids can customize colors, ringtones, and animations. Grrr.
