That is the brandnew and extraordinary VN-CX1 Skype Phone Mouse from Sony Style. You can open it up like a flip cellphone and it also works like a ordinary PC mouse when closed. Wow, you can even put it on speakerphone...

Another nice piece for your Skype equipment is the Motorola
Talk & Tunes Kit which has been certified by Skype and it promises to work seamlessly with Skype's free unlimited Internet calling software.
The Bluetooth Technology breached their limits here since a Skype user is able to manage calls over the Internet and listen to music at the same time. The headset is capable of automatically pausing the music when a call comes, and thus alerting the user of the incoming call.
