I am obsessed with attractive stationery, so when I was browsing designer Karim Rashid's online store, I couldn't help but fall in love with this eye catching pen. Available in four different colors, the Phatboy Twist pen looks more like a modern art object than a writing utensil and would make a great display piece on any desk.

The pen features a twist action mechanism and ergonomic design for more comfortable writing, as well as a cradle to display it. What a cool way to brighten up your desk space!

Karim Rashid is an award-winning designer based out of New York. His design manifesto states that 'design is about the betterment of our lives poetically, aesthetically, experientially, sensorially, and emotionally.'
