Very very round but small and cheap new audio Player from Memorex. There is no screen and only few buttons - playback time of 10-12 hours, 256MB built-in memory and easy to connect over your USB 2.0 interface.
The dimensions are 2.3″ x 2.3″ x 0.8″ and it comes in pink, blue, silver and black.
