So stopping smoking is one of the best things that you can do to give your immunity a boost. While you don’t need to give up drinking alcohol, it should be consumed in moderation. If you are regularly intoxicated, it can wreak havoc on your immune system. So it might be a good idea to cut down if you already drink quite frequently. Just think of your health and hopefully, that will give the boost that you need.

Being diligent in cleanliness is important for your health and immunity. Making sure that you wash your hands regularly is a good idea. It might be worth keeping a hand sanitizer with you. The most important places to wash your hands are after preparing food and being in public places or the workplace. Washing your hands after the bathroom or changing a child’s nappy should be a no brainer! Then you can reduce your risk of infection by a lot. It will stop any spreading to others too, which is vital for stopping the cycle of germs.
