This time around we have a bunch of cool gadgets, some of which have practical uses, and others are just for fun.
Take the radio controlled helicopter shown here, everybody needs one, right? Well maybe not, but then it's the kind of gadget that could prove useful for stress relief.
This helicopter boasts 3 channels of control, is usable indoors and outdoors, has a computer controlled auto gyro, double rotors for increased lift and stability, and can be recharged via a USB port.

Here are some cool gadgets that are intended to be used inside the home only; however, at least one of them, through the magic of wireless, allows you to control the device from almost anywhere.
The digital gadget to which I'm referring is the "HAL emc", a device that controls virtually everything electronic in your house, via a program, or in real time, at your command.
Shown above is Google's, "Power Meter", which is essentially self explanatory in that it monitors your electric power usage and projects your expenditures.
The object being, I guess, that when the current cost of running your electrics scares you enough you'll start to be more conservation conscious.

Despite a few technical glitches, Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, finally connected to the network, and introduced the company's latest "gee whiz" gadget.
The long anticipated super phone, the iPhone 4, received a warm and enthusiastic welcome along with high demand and brisk sales.
Recently Apple has been receiving a higher level of competition from its competitors in the smart phone segment of the market so hopes are very high among - it will keep the company on top of this lucrative field.
So while we torture test the new Apple iPhone 4 to see how the new apps work and how durable and reliable it is we can also contemplate what we'll see in the form of a new Zune and other probable challengers.

If you're a true "Gadgeteer" then you want gadgets that fit in with every aspect of your life including food and beverage preparation.
As you know there has never been a dearth of kitchen appliances, both major and small, and various other gadgets, with which to clutter your kitchen.
I saw an "egg handling system" on TV a few days ago, and the advertisement was entertaining, particularly the parts where they showed people experiencing "egg disasters" that could be eliminated by using their product.
Once you get past all the salad spinners, tomato slicers, knife sharpeners, blenders, waffle makers, bread makers, pasta makers and what not you start noticing the really cool, new gadgets, such as the hand held espresso maker, shown above.

Summer is here, and even though many people spend most of their time outdoors that doesn't mean that the gadget makers aren't still releasing new toys, and many of these gadgets can be used outdoors.
Sure you can take your laptop, tablet, iPod, smart phone, MP3 player, camera and camcorder outdoors, and don't forget your portable game system, and maybe a Kindle as well.
But you've done all of that, and more, if you're really into gadgets, so it's time for some cool new gadget and the "Pocket Radar", demonstrated in the above video, might be this summer's hit gadget.
Think of the fun you can have checking the speed of your friends running, or see who can throw a Frisbee the fastest, C'mon, it's a fun gadget, it doesn't have to make sense.
